The Delivery is a UK based online retailer specialising in the sale of tabletop hobby games. All orders are packed securely with high quality packing materials to ensure your items get to you in tip-top condition. If you have any particular packing requirements, please get in touch and we will do what we can to help. We ship worldwide.

Free UK Delivery On Orders Over £20

We offer free delivery in the UK on all orders of over £20 in value (before shipping) placed through our website. We also offer a range of upgraded delivery methods for customers who require their orders urgently.

Same Day Dispatch

We dispatch orders daily Monday to Friday. All in-stock items are dispatched on the same working day we receive them, up until 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm or on weekends, we will ship out your items on the next working day. This means that, depending on the shipping method you've chosen, you're never more than a few days away from having your brand new products in your hand!

Tracked Delivery for Peace of Mind

The vast majority of orders we send out are sent via tracked and insured delivery methods. This provides up to £100 in compensation should your parcel be lost, damaged or significantly delayed. Orders sent via Special Delivery are Goblin Happy with the Servicetracked as standard and insured for up to £500. On orders of over £30 in value we use the Royal Mail Tracked service which provides a tracking code so that you may follow the status of your order as it makes its way from our warehouse to your door. We offer this service free of charge, so you can rest assured you'll know exactly where your order is at all times.

Delivery of Pre-order Items

We understand customers who pre-order with us want to have their items as soon as possible. We aim to ship out all pre-orders items as soon as they come into stock, so that our UK customers have a good chance of receiving their products on the morning of the official release date. Please note however, our trade terms with some manufacturers (most notably Wizards of the Coast) restrict us from sending out any orders before a product is officially released. Releases from these manufacturers will be shipped out first thing on the morning of the official release date. If you require your pre-ordered items urgently, we are happy to arrange a Next Day Delivery service to guarantee your pre-ordered items on the morning following an official release date (see delivery table below for more information).

Please note, orders that contain both pre-order and in stock items will ship in full when all items on the order become available. Please place separate orders if you wish to have in stock items delivered before pre-ordered items.


We fully understand that customers may change their mind about an item or buy an unwanted gift for a friend or loved one. Because of this we operate a 30 day return policy. This means that if you change your mind about an order for whatever reason, provided your items are unopened and unused, you can return them to us within 30 days of the date of delivery for either an exchange, store credit or a full refund. This policy applies to all sealed and new product. Please note we are unable to accept refund requests for items that have been opened or used.  

On the rare occasion where an item is received damaged or faulty, we can offer a like-for-like exchange within 30 days provided the item is first returned to us. In these instances, you will be reimbursed any postal costs incurred for returning the item to us.

To return an item, please fill out a return request form which can be found as a link in the footer section of our website, or accessed from your account dashboard. Be sure to state your full name, order number, the items you wish to return and the reasons for wanting to return them. One of our customer services team will be in touch as soon as possible with information on how to proceed with the return request.
